It's Sunday again, time for another edition fof the FTL Weekly Review. Today also happens to be Easter, so happy Easter to anyone that celebrates it.
In this post, I decided to do a little something different. I'm going to tell you guys about a pretty cool Easter Egg in WordPress versions 2.6 and up. I'm going to be explaining how to see it in WordPress 2.7.1, as that's what I'm currently using. It's very simple, just follow these steps.
How to Find the WordPress Easter Egg
- Go to the Dashboard.
- "Edit" a post, any post.
- Scroll down to the "Latest Revisions" section of the post, and click the most recent one.
- On the bottom of the new page, select the same revision twice (so the bubbles are filled in next to each other).
- Click the "Compare Revisions" button.
- Laugh.
I thought it was pretty funny. I like when there are special little things like this in programs / games, it adds a touch of personality to the developers.
Plans and Whatnot
Today I'll be pretty busy because of family coming over to visit for the day, so I won't be able to make any progress with anything online. This sort of urks me, as I'm about 95% done with miniBlog.
Depending on how long it takes for me to find a sponsor for the theme, it will be released either Monday or Tuesday, so be sure to check back for it. I'm sure you'll all enjoy it.
I've already begun designing a new theme that I'm very excited for. It's going to be as powerful and intuitive as Rock Solid, except this time around, it'll be a "lighter" theme (for those of you that tend to stray away from "dark" themes).
