Another week down. That one seemed to go by pretty fast. Maybe because I kept myself busy with work on my new WordPress theme I'm creating for release sometime in the near future. It could also be because of all of the excitement from the mass amounts of visitors ForTheLose.org is getting from my post about 15 Useful WordPress Tips and Tricks that I made on Tuesday. I was able to get to the front page of delicious from that post. I'm glad you guys liked it and I'm planning on getting out more posts like that of equal quality, so keep checking in.

Week in Review

This week was full of really great posts made throughout the blogosphere, and I was sure to bookmark all of the best ones to share with you guys. Here are some of the best links from the week of February 8th to February 15th, 2009.

It's refreshing to see a successful blog post series in action, so I'm glad to see that the ThemeForest Blog is continuing with their WordPress for Designers screencast series. Even though it's mainly for newbies, I like to watch them as the come out, just to make sure I'm not missing out on anything. Balkhis also released a great post on 15 ways to improve your site which. I learned a few good things and hopefully you will too. The 50 icon design tutorials posted by SixRevisions was simply amazing. I have it bookmarked for future reference myself, as I plan to release some sort of an icon set to you guys sometime soon. And last but not least, the jQuery slideshow post by the ThemeForest Blog was very useful and I actually followed the tutorial when I added a picture slideshow to one of my projects over the week.

Plans and Whatnot

Looking at my schedule for the next week or so, I see I'm going to be pretty busy. I'm going to have to divide my time between making quality posts here on ForTheLose.org as well as working on Rock Solid and two freelance projects I picked up. It should be a pretty fufilling week if I don't slack off or anything. Anyway, guys, that's pretty much the week in review. Have a great Sunday.
