ForTheLose.org - Theme in the Works: WPPaper

Alright, miniBlog is done and out. Time for a new theme to start baking, don't you think? This time around, the theme is called WPPaper.

This theme is going to be very similar to the structure of Rock Solid. I saw that many people were saying things like "I never use dark themes" when I first released Rock Solid. Once I got over the fact that some of my readers are obvious racists, I got to thinking. Why not create a theme similar to Rock Solid that appeals more to the traditional "light theme"-lovers?

Besides looking very similar to Rock Solid, I'm also planning on implementing what I've learned from miniBlog. For example, I expect to have an extremely powerful Theme Options page that will allow loads of customization to the theme.

WPPaper

Like all of my other themes, this one will be free for all of you guys. If I was good at setting dates for releases, I'd say I could have this completed and done sometime in the middle of next week. I'm not officially saying that, however

I just switched to Stitches because Rock Solid started seeming too dark. Now all my postimages won't be 144x144, squished. postimages same size as Rock Solid in WPPaper?

@Jouk - Instead of 512 x 220 (like in Rock Solid), they're now 510 x 220. So it'll be just 2 pixels off, no biggie.

The template looks awesome but the only thing ididnt like in the old rocksoild themes the big thumbs images above the post
if you can make version with side image this will be awesome

I use dark themes and I always liked them. I like dark colors. Some dark matter gives a blog some secretly-a-like look and with white letters the text doesn't tire eyes so much. It is also well known fact that black letters on white background makes eyes tiring faster. Of course black isn't the perfect color for everyone but if someone is not into very conservative look, could try something new. Black is good in my opinion.
